With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to teach girls new skills which will help them get employment, and thus make them financially independent. Education is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make sure that girls at Aaghaaz gain the most useful skills. At Aaghaaz, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in helping women find employment. Our employees are Aaghaaz alumni, who use their extra-ordinary designing and stitching skills to make clothes for women. CELEBRATING OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
Aaghaaz was founded with the hope to make a difference in the lives of women and steer the direction of our society towards gender equality. Over the past years, Aaghaaz has tried to ask questions that we're too afraid to ask and initiate conversations that have the potential to uproot the imbedded gender biases. Our team has tried to rethink right versus wrong and reshape practices that have become the soul of our Indian culture.
With launching our own annual magazine, our main goal is to live up to our hope of making a difference, honor everyone who supports Aaghaaz, and celebrate our progress with our supporters.

Our primary goal is to empower women, and make them independent so that they don't have to live by the society's rules, and can make their own choices. Join us in making the world a place where women aren't judged and degraded because they do not conform with the society's idea of 'a perfect woman'.
